What is the cheapest professional hair straightener?

i need the best, cheapest professional hair straightener out there. i do not want to order it online for multiple reasons, anything i can get in a smallish town? thanksWhat is the cheapest professional hair straightener?
It doesn't matter : as long as the surface is flat and soft they're all the same ( there also are golden flat irons but that's just useless ! ), ads don't say so but that's all commercial scam !

The speed and quality of straightening has nothing to do with that, it's all about temperature and health : the more heat you apply to your hair, the easier it straightens, and it also allows your hair to keep straight longer.

The healthier your hair is, the faster it straightens ( you wouldn't even need to apply much heat ). If your hair starts to flick out a few time after straightening, it has nothing to do with the quality of the straightener, it just means your hair starts to be ruined by the heat, and it does damage the hair a lot over the long haul !

Also, applying heat protector on hair is no use, you shouldn't apply anything on your hair before straightening it, because the heat will make it kind of boil and fry. Never touch or move your hair when it's still hot, always let it go back to lukewarm before you touch it. Never let the straightener more than three seconds on any given section of hair : basically, straighteners were meant to be used for the fininshing of straightening the hair using blowdryer and round brush, they're not meant to straighten the hair from curly, hope that helps !What is the cheapest professional hair straightener?
I own a Conair hair straightener. It has always been excellent on my hair and it was EXTREMELY inexpensive. I bought it at a Target for $14.95! One thing to keep in mind is your hair type. I have sort of straight hair already, but I have layers so I like to straighten it out. Conair is great for low-maintenance hair, but if you have curly hair, you may want to look a little further.
I have a chi and it works amazing. Yes, I have a chi and it works amazing.

I would most definitely recommend it to you.
Conair runs pretty cheap and it works fairly well. I have the $40 one that was supposed to run for $80 (it's the infiniti series) but I got it on sale... so it was a TOTAL steel!
